Adding Logo to your Office Setup

When adding a Logo to your Office Setup, the Logo will be visible in the following areas:

  • Progress Notes in the Patient Portal
  • Prescription in the Patient Portal
  • Superbill in the Provider & Admin User Accounts
  • Case Presentation in the Provider & Admin User Accounts
  • Referral Form in the Provider & Admin User Accounts

Follow the steps below to add your Logo to the Office Setup for "Solo" & "Enterprise Accounts":

 

For "Solo" Accounts - go to:

  • Manage Accounts
  • Setup
  • Locations
  • On the select Office, click "Edit"
  • At bottom of the screen click on green "Upload Logo" button
  • Click "Save"
    • Note: Maximum image dimension 300px width and 100px height

 

For "Enterprise" Accounts:

  • Login to your "Admin Account"
  • All Locations
  • On the select Office, click "Edit"
  • At bottom of the screen click on green "Upload Logo" button
  • Click "Save"
    • Note: Maximum image dimension 300px width and 100px height
