In the Patient Portal: View a Shared Video

In this article, you will learn how a patient can view shared videos in their Patient Portal.

After a provider shares a video, patients are able to view the shared video in a few different ways. 

In order to view a shared video on the patient portal:

• First, sign in to the patient portal.
  • Any newly shared videos will be shown in a pop-up window immediately after sign in. 
• From the pop-up, patient's can select the "View Videos" button to view all shared videos. 
• Patients are also able to view previously shared videos by selecting "View Details" then selecting the "Videos" tab on the "Details" page.
