Enterprise Admin: Adding/ Editing Procedure Codes
Learn how to add or edit treatment codes within your enterprise account.
To add or edit procedure codes within an enterprise account:
- Log into your admin account
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Manage Treatment Codes"
- To edit, simply select "Edit" on the desired code
- Make necessary changes and "Save"
- To add new, select the green "+Add New" button on the upper right.
- Add required fields and any other necessary information and "Save"
Last but not least, assign the newly added code to all providers within your enterprise! Here is how 👇
- Within the "Settings" > "Manage Treatment Codes" page, select the blue "Assign All Codes To Providers" button on the upper right hand side.
- Select the Treatment Codes box
- Select the providers (or all providers) that you wish to share the newly added code with
- Select "Assign Codes" to finalize
