      HIPAA View Feature

      In this article, you will learn how to toggle between the HIPAA secure dashboard view and the authorized provider/user dashboard view.

      The HIPAA secure dashboard view hides and blurs the patient names attached to all appointments that are viewable from the provider's account dashboard.

      You are able to toggle the blur on and off by checking or unchecking the "HIPAA View" button on the main dashboard screen. 

      Please note: after unchecking the box to remove the blur, the HIPAA View will automatically turn back on and blur the patients names after 30 minutes.
