In the Patient Portal: Upload Images or Documents

In this article, you will learn how your patients can upload medical records through their patient portal.

Teledentix allows you and your patients to upload, share, and view medical records, images, and documents. In order to upload or view medical records from the patient portal:

• In the "Appointment Details" page, select the "Uploads" tab. 
• Under the "Uploads" tab, click the "Add Upload" button. A new pop-up will appear.
• In the pop-up window, upload the desired file and fill out the prompt to completion. When completed, click "Submit."
