Congratulations on your Office 24/7 account! 

Now that you've completed your registration here are the next steps: 

1. Add your custom URL link to your website

• After a successful registration, you'll receive a custom URL link to embed into your website. 
• Once your custom link is live on your website, your patients will have instant access to Office 24/7 care. 

2. Log into your Provider Account

• Access your Provider Account HERE
  • The username is your email (the same one you used when registering) and the password is what you created at the time of registration. If you forget your password, no worries - select the "Forgot my password" link to reset your password. 

• You may log in at any time to review patient activity. Here is a quick snapshot of what is available via the Provider Dashboard:
