Resending Referral Notifications

The provider to whom you sent a referral a week ago appears to be unaware of any related email. To address this oversight, we offer the capability to resend referrals at your convenience.

To resend a referral notification:

  • Select "Patients" from the left hand side main menu
  • Select "Referred Patients"
  • Locate the desired referral and select "Resend" on the far right action menu

💡Good to Know!

The "Resend" option will no longer show when the referred provider has either accepted or declined the referral.
