Reset a Patient's Password for their Portal

In this article, you will learn how to reset a patient's password for their Patient Portal account.

To reset your patient's password:

  • Select "Patients" from the dashboard list at the left-hand side of the page.
  • Select "All Patients" from the drop-down list and search for the desired patient account using the search bar in the center of the window. 
  • Once you have located the correct patient, select the "Edit Profile" button located in the "Action" column. 
  • Notice the "Reset Password" button on the right-hand side of the page. Click this button to prompt a reset password email for the patient's connected email address.
