Teledentix Pro: Setting Provider Availability and Consultation Details

In this article, you will learn how to manage provider availability and consultation details in Pro accounts.

In order to set your provider availability: 

Select "Manage Account" from the vertical list on the left hand side of the page.

Select "Manage Offices" from the drop-down list.

Next to the desired office, select the "Edit" button in the "Action" column. 

On the "Office Details" page, select the "Office Providers" tab then find the desired provider and select the corresponding "Manage Schedules" button. 

In the pop-up window, you are able to set general availability by selecting a time frame from the drop down lists. When you have finished setting the availability, select "Done" to finalize and save. 

In order to set your provider consultation duration and fees:

On the "Office Details" page, select the "Office Providers" tab then next to the desired provider, select the corresponding "Manage Consultation Fees" button. 

In the pop-up window, you are able to set consultation duration and consultation fees for Video Conferencing and In Office visits. Once you have set the duration and fees, select the "Save & Exit" to finalize and save.
