Inviting 3rd Party Via Video Conference

In this article, you will learn how to invite a third party to a video conference while in the conference.

Teledentix allows providers to invite a third party to a patient video conference through either an SMS invite or an email invite. 

To invite a third party to your patient video conference: 

• In the conference tool bar, click the "Send Invite" button icon.
• In the pop-up, enter the name of the third party. 
• Select either SMS or Email, then add the appropriate address or phone number. 
• Click "Send" to send the invite. 
• After sending the third party will be prompted to join the conference and confirm their conference username.
