Upload Media or Medical Records
In this article, you will learn how to add medical records to a patient's account.
In order to add medical records to a patient's account:
- Patients, All Patients
- Search for Patient
- Click on the Patient Record
- NOTE - you can also click on the Patient's "Appointment Details" page
- Click on the "Uploads" tab
- Use the "CLICK TO UPLOAD FILE" button to select a file to upload
- Under the "Record Name" field select "Image" or "Document"
- Add any Notes needed in the "Record Note" field
- By default the uploads are shared with the patient, if you do not want to share then select "Internal Upload" as "Yes".
- All uploaded files are listed at the bottom of the screen
