Add Video Call Button to Patient Portal
In this article, you will learn how to add a video call button to the patient portal.
When setting up your Online Scheduler, you have the ability to add a video call button to the patient portal. This button will allow patient to initiate a teleconference with your account. In order to add a video call button to the patient portal:
- Navigate to the "Select Template" tab of the Online Scheduler creation process.
- Under the "Video Call" section of this tab ("Do you want to enable video call on patient portal?"), select "Yes" to enable video call from the patient portal. To see how patients can utilize this feature, please check out In the Patient Portal: Launch a Video Call.
